Product Name: PLGA-di-amine, MW 40K
Polymer Composition: Poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide)-di-amine
PLGA-di-amine, MW 40K is an ultra-high molecular weight linear biodegradable polyester with symmetric primary amine groups capped at both molecular terminals. Synthesized via precise copolymerization of D,L-lactide and glycolide monomers, this polymer supports all conventional LA/GA ratios including 50:50, 65:35, 75:25, 85:15, as well as fully customized ratio configurations for specialized biomedical research. As the highest-grade specification in the di-amine terminated PLGA series, it features ultra-long molecular chain arrangement, exceptional mechanical rigidity, outstanding structural toughness, and extremely slow in vivo and in vitro degradation rates, far surpassing the structural stability of 20K and 30K counterparts. The dual-terminal amino groups maintain stable nucleophilic reactivity, enabling high-efficiency covalent conjugation, high-density crosslinking, and high-performance block copolymer construction. Possessing excellent inherent biocompatibility, the polymer degrades into naturally metabolizable lactic acid and glycolic acid with no residual toxicity. This ultra-high molecular weight PLGA derivative is exclusively applicable for the preparation of ultra-long-cycle sustained-release drug delivery systems, high-strength durable tissue engineering scaffolds, ultra-stable colloidal nanoparticles, and high-rigidity crosslinked biomedical hydrogel materials.
