APDye Fluor 680

APDye Fluor 680（Alexa Fluor® 680 和 IRDye® 680RD Equivalent) is a bright and photostable NIR dye with the same spectrum as Alexa Fluor® 680 and IRDye® 680RD, this NIR fluorescent dye is water soluble and pH insensitive in the pH 4 to pH 10 range . APDye Fluor 680 is typically used in small animal imaging applications at 700 nm wavelength and provides excellent animal clearance profiles. APDye Fluor 680 molecules can be attached to proteins at high molar ratios without significant self-quenching, resulting in brighter conjugates and more sensitive detection.
