PLGA-di-amine, MW 30K is a medium-to-high molecular weight linear biodegradable polyester capped with symmetrical primary amine groups at both chain ends. Synthesized via controlled copolymerization of D,L-lactide and glycolide, this grade supports all standard LA/GA ratios (50:50, 65:35, 75:25, 85:15) as well as fully customized monomer proportions. Positioned between 20K and 40K specifications, the 30K PLGA-di-amine features extended molecular chains, moderate mechanical toughness, and a medium-slow degradation rate, filling the performance gap between conventional long-acting and ultra-stable PLGA derivatives. Its dual-terminal amine groups retain excellent nucleophilic activity, enabling efficient covalent crosslinking, protein conjugation, and block copolymer synthesis.
