AxisPharm, LLC (“Seller”) will supply the chemical (“Product”) or service required by the buyer (“Buyer”) subject to the terms and conditions below. The placing of a purchase order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to discontinue products, or change specifications and prices on products. Freight and insurance are prepaid and added to the invoice. Terms of sales are net 30 days of date of invoice. Written quotations are guaranteed for 30 days.

Buyer will be responsible for payment of all taxes, duties, excise, custom, inspection and testing fees and any other charge imposed by government authority.

Payment can be made by check, credit card, money order, or wire transfer. Please contact us for wire transfer. All payment should be addressed to AxisPharm.Accounts 30 days past due are subject to a 1.5% late charge per month on the unpaid balance. We reserve the right to request advance payment in certain cases. The buyer is responsible for bank charges for all overseas transactions.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days. Tracking will be provided via email. Shipping fees may include handling and packing fees, as well as postage costs.

Terms and Conditions

Warranty and Returns


Seller warrants materials to be of the stated quality at the time of sale. This warranty is exclusive, and seller makes no other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. The seller’s sole and exclusive liability shall be to replace the product free of charge or to refund the purchase price upon completion of the return process in accordance with Seller’s instructions.


The Buyer must inspect goods immediately on receipt and inform the Seller of any shortage or damage within seven (7) days. All returns must be authorized by the seller and maybe subjected to a restocking charge. All returns must be complete within thirty (30) days upon buyer’s receipt of the product. Buyer shall include with return the copy of the invoice, the return authorization reference and the reason for the return. Seller is responsible for return shipping.


In no event shall Seller be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or damages of any kind incurred by the buyer or any third party, resulting from any use or misuse or failure of the products. In no event shall Seller’s liability for damages hereunder exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the product giving rise to the liability.

Products protected by valid patents are not offered for sale in countries where the sale of such products constitutes a patent infringement and its liability is at buyer’s risk. Products currently covered by valid US Patents are offered for R&D use in accordance with 35 USC 271(e)+A13 (1). Some products may be covered by application or process patents. The customer must be responsible for determining the existence of such patents.

Many chemicals are hazardous. All products should be handled by qualified individuals with proper laboratory and chemical hazards training. All the compounds are intended for laboratory research purposes, and NOT for drug, household or other use. Buyer is also responsible for the safe disposal of all such compounds in accordance with current legislation.

Seller reserves the right to discontinue products or change specifications of our products and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice.
