FMOC-NH-PEG-CM is a linear heterobifunctional PEGylation reagent containing a carboxylic acid and an Fmoc-protected amine group. The Fmoc group can be deprotected under basic conditions and the free amine can be obtained. Under the action of the activator, the terminal carboxylic acid can react with the primary amine to form a stable amide bond.
