Mal-amido-PEG-NHS ester

Mal-amido-PEG NHS ester is a non-cleavable ADC linker containing a maleimide group and an NHS propionate. NHS propionate can be used to bind amine-containing proteins, oligonucleotides and other molecules. Maleimide groups react specifically with thiol groups to form covalent C-S bonds, enabling bioconjugation with thiol-bearing molecules. The PEG spacer increases the water solubility of the resulting compound.
