Compared with 2K, 3K, 5K and 10K PCL Diacid, the 15 kDa polymer delivers further enhanced hydrophobicity and crystallinity, with very slow hydrolytic degradation under physiological conditions. Dual terminal carboxylic acid groups can be activated by EDC/NHS to form amide bonds with amine‑containing peptides, proteins and small‑molecule therapeutics.
