PLGA SH Capped, MW 5K is a medium-molecular-weight, thiol-terminated reactive biodegradable PLGA copolymer engineered for stable thiol-specific bioconjugation, medium-cycle nanoparticle functionalization, and conventional sustained targeted drug delivery research. Balancing excellent organic solubility, moderate structural rigidity and steady uniform hydrolytic degradation, this polymer retains highly active terminal thiol functional groups. It serves as a versatile mainstream reactive building block for standardized sulfhydryl click chemistry, stable biomolecule immobilization, and routine biomedical material functional modification.
