Sulfo-DBCO-amine
This product is a water-soluble heterobifunctional linker containing a sulfonated dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO) group and a primary amine. The sulfonated DBCO enables ultrafast, copper-free strain-promoted azide–alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) with azides while maintaining excellent aqueous solubility.
