Description:
DSPE-Azide (DSPE-N3) is an azide-functionalized phospholipid derivative composed of 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine (DSPE) and a terminal azide group. The azide moiety enables efficient bioorthogonal click chemistry conjugation with alkyne- and DBCO-modified molecules via both CuAAC and copper-free SPAAC reactions.
