PLGA Biotin Capped, MW 10K is a high-molecular-weight biodegradable PLGA copolymer with terminal biotin functionalization, configurable with multiple lactide-glycolide ratios including 50:50, 75:25, 85:15 and customized formulations. This high-molecular polymer delivers superior structural stability and prolonged degradation performance, ideal for long-term targeted drug delivery, stable bioconjugation, robust particle fabrication, and advanced biomedical biomaterial research.

Key Features and Benefits

Biotin Capped: Features active terminal biotin functional groups, enabling ultra-high-affinity, specific binding with avidin and streptavidin, supporting reliable and repeatable biomolecular conjugation and surface functionalization.
Lactide Ratio Available: Supports standard ratios of 50:50, 75:25, 85:15 and fully custom lactide-glycolide proportions, allowing precise adjustment of degradation cycle, hydrophobicity and mechanical properties to fit diverse experimental and formulation needs.
MW 10K: High molecular weight provides excellent structural rigidity, enhanced polymer chain entanglement, and significantly extended degradation time compared to low/medium MW PLGA.
