TCO-PEG5-amine contains a TCO moiety and a free amine. This reagent can be used to derivatize carboxyl acid bearing biomolecules with TCO moiety through a stable amide bond formation in the presence of EDC, DCC and other coupling reagents. The TCO labelled biomolecule can conjugate with a tetrazine bearing biomolecule. The low mass weight adds minimal spacer to modified molecules.
