Indocyanine Green (ICG, IC Green, Foxgreen, CAS 3599-32-4) is a water-soluble, pH-insensitive dye used for reliable imaging and flow cytometry. With a short half-life of 150-180 seconds, ICG is cleared by the liver and excreted into bile.
