Hyaluronic Acid Thiol (HA‑SH, MW 10K) is a thiol-terminated hyaluronic acid derivative with good water solubility and reaction activity. Its moderate molecular weight allows flexible crosslinking with maleimide-, acrylate- or disulfide-containing molecules, making it widely used in bioconjugation, injectable hydrogels, drug delivery systems and tissue engineering scaffolds. It should be stored under inert gas at −20 °C, away from light, moisture and oxidizing agents.
