5(6)-TAMRA NHS Ester is an orange fluorescent dye with excitation suitable for 532 nm or 546 nm laser line. It provides strong, red fluorescence for clear detection and it is ideal for low-abundance target detection. The reactive NHS Ester ensures efficient conjugation of the fluorophore to amine-containing molecules.
The absorption and emission max of the TAMRA conjugate are 553 nm and 575 nm, respectively.
