APDye Fluor 594

Red fluorescent APDye Fluor 594 (AZDye™ 594, Alexa Fluor® 594 Equivalent) is a bright, water-soluble, pH-insensitive, bright red fluorescent alkyne-activated probe from pH 4 to pH 10 red fluorescent dyes with absorption maxima and emission wavelengths of 590 and 617 nm, respectively. This bright red fluorescent alkyne-activated probe is commonly used to image azide-containing biomolecules. It can be used with 561 nm and 594 nm laser lines. APDye Fluor 594 dye is conjugated to a variety of antibodies, peptides, proteins, tracers, and amplification substrates and is commonly used to generate stable signals in imaging and flow cytometry.
