It has been used in the synthesis of solid lipid and thermosensitive liposomal nanoparticles for the delivery of anticancer agents. DSPE-PEG-Amine, MW 2K has also been used in the synthesis of fluorescein isothiocyanate-loaded mesoporous silica nanoparticles for imaging applications.
