Dde Alkyne Agarose is a 6% cross-linked agarose resin activated by alkynyl groups through a cleavable Dde linker. Once the biomolecules are covalently captured on the resin, the beads can be washed at the highest stringency, virtually eliminating any non-specifically bound proteins. Treatment with 2% hydrazine resulted in a highly enriched protein population. This product is suitable for batch or column purification (low pressure).
