Brentuximab

Brentuximab (CAS 2088770-90-3) is a chimeric monoclonal antibody that targets CD30 on cancer cells. It is conjugated with monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) to form Brentuximab vedotin, an antibody-drug conjugate that induces apoptosis in primary effusion lymphoma cells and shows strong antitumor activity with an IC50 of 10 nM against CD30+ cancer cells.
