Azido-PEG3-amine contains an azide and amine group. The azide group readily reacts with alkyne, BCN, DBCO linker through Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. The amine group can react with carboxylic acids, activated acid esters and other carbonyl compounds. The hydrophilic PEG linker can increase the solubility of the compound in aqueous solutions.
