Azide-PEG-amine TFA salt, MW 3.5K Reagent containing terminal azide and amine group, azide can react with terminal alkyne for copper-catalyzed click chemistry or with DBCO/BCN for copper-free click chemistry. The amine group reacts with the activated NHS ester to form a stable amide bond. Azido PEG amines are soluble in water and all reactions can be performed in anhydrous buffers requiring any organic solvent.
