HA-Biotin (10 kDa) is water-soluble lyophilized powder formed by covalently linking biotin (vitamin B7) to medium-molecular hyaluronic acid. Compared with 3K low-molecular HA-biotin, it features weaker tissue penetration but superior water retention and stable hydrogel-forming capacity. The biotin tag enables specific binding to streptavidin for affinity capture, cell tracking and HA receptor detection.
