800CW NHS Ester (IRDye 800CW NHS, CAS 956579-01-4) is an amine-reactive, near-infrared, highly water-soluble fluorescent dye. It can directly label biomolecules such as primary and secondary antibodies, peptides, and other proteins. The resulting conjugates serve as powerful probes for Western blot, flow cytometry, immunocytochemical assays, including In-Cell and On-Cell Western assays, protein arrays, microscopy, tissue section imaging, in vivo imaging, and optical probe development.
