Thiol-PEG-Amine, MW 3.5K is a heterobifunctional thiol PEG amine product commonly used as a crosslinker or as a spacer between two different chemical entities, such as for gold nanoparticle conjugation. The amine group reacts with the NHS ester to form a stable amide bond. Thiol groups react with maleimide or disulfide molecules.
