Silane-PEG-amine

Silane-PEG-amine (Silane-PEG-NH2) is a linear heterobifunctional PEG reagent, which contains silane at one end and amine at the other end. The silane group can be coupled for surface modification. The amine can be combined with carboxylic acid, activated NHS esters react with carbonyls. They have broad applications in medical devices, biomes, or biocompatible material development.
