Fmoc NH PEG SCM

Fmoc NH PEG SCM (Fmoc Amine PEG Succinimidyl Carboxymethyl Ester, Fmoc Amine PEG SCM) is a linear heterobifunctional PEG reagent containing Fmoc protected amine and activated carboxylic acid NHS ester. SCM stands for succinimide carboxymethyl ester, a type of NHS ester. It is a useful crosslinker with a PEG spacer. Heterobifunctional PEG derivatives with other types of NHS esters can be provided by custom synthesis, and the PEG moiety in the heterofunctional PEG derivatives provides water solubility, biocompatibility, and flexibility. Applications are particularly suitable for the development of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs).
