OPSS PEG Succinimidyl Carboxymethyl Ester (OPSS PEG SCM) is a linear heterobifunctional PEGylation reagent with OPSS and succinimidyl NHS ester. The thiol-reactive OPSS group provides the ability to form disulfide bonds, while the SCM group reacts with the amine group of lysine. Applications are particularly suited for the development of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs).
