APDye Fluor 568(AF568, Alexa Fluor 568 equivalent) is a bright, orange-fluorescent dye with excitation ideally suited for the 568 nm laser line can be efficiently excited using the 568 nm Kr laser line, and can be detected under standard Rhodamine Red/Cy3.5 filters. APDye Fluor 568 is pH-insensitive over a wide molar range.
