Mal-NH-PEG-SPA

Mal-NH-PEG-SPA(Maleimide-NH-PEG-Succinimidyl Propionate) is a derivative of Polyethylene glycol (PEG) which is conjugated with a maleimide functional group, a succinimidyl propionate linker, and an amino group.

The maleimide group in Mal-NH-PEG-SPA(Maleimide-NH-PEG-Succinimidyl Propionate) is a highly reactive group that selectively reacts with thiol groups present in proteins, peptides, and other biological molecules, forming stable and covalent bonds.
