FMOC-NH-PEG-OH

FMOC-NH-PEG-OH (Fmoc-Amine-PEG-OH, Fmoc Amine PEG Hydroxyl) is a linear heterobifunctional PEG derivative with Fmoc-protected amine, it has a terminal hydroxyl group, and the Fmco-protecting group can be used in alkaline conditions. The PEG moiety in the heterofunctional PEG derivatives provides water solubility, biocompatibility, and flexibility by lower cleavage to generate free amines. Applications are particularly suitable for the development of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs).
