DSPE conjugated polyethylene glycol with dibenzocycolctyne (DSPE-PEG-DBCO) is a linear heterobifunctional PEGylation reagent with a DSPE phospholipid and an DBCO for Cu-free chemistry. It can be used to prepare nanoparticles or liposomes as drug carrier in targeted drug delivery system. The DBCO can react with azide molecule via copper free click chemistry to form a stable triazole bond.
