Amine Alkyne-PEG-acid is a trifunctional PEG polymer where amine moieties react with NHS esters to form amide linkages. The polymer can react with azide molecules via CuAAC click chemistry, and the carboxylic acid moiety reacts with amines in the presence of an activator such as HATU or EDC.
