Biotin-PEG-Mal

Biotin-PEG-MAL is a linear heterobifunctional PEG reagent containing biotin and maleimide at both ends, which is commonly used as a cross-linking agent or a spacer between two different chemical entities. Biotin can be easily detected by biotin/streptavidin binding assays and is widely used for molecular target detection. The PEG moiety in the heterofunctional biotinylated PEG derivatives provides water solubility, biocompatibility, and flexibility. Applications are particularly suitable for the development of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs).
