m-PEG-Succinimidyl Valerate

m–PEG–Succinimidyl Valerate (m–PEG–SVA) is an ester derivative of succinic acid and polyethylene glycol (PEG). m–PEG–SVA is a versatile cross–linker used in a variety of bioconjugation protocols. It is used to couple proteins, peptides, and other molecules in order to create new compounds with enhanced stability, solubility, or activity. It is also used for creating dendrimers, nanoparticles, and other nanostructures.
