m-PEG-Succinimidyl Carbonate

m-PEG-Succinimidyl Carbonate (MPEG-SC) is a linear PEG reagent with succinimide end groups that react with succinimidyl carbonate and amine groups. Activated succinimidyl carbonate (SC) methoxy PEG(mPEG-NHS/SC) esters exhibit excellent reactivity and greater stability in aqueous solutions. After reacting with the amine, it forms a stable urethane bond between the PEG and the amine-containing molecule.
