Epoxide-PEG-Epoxide (EPO-PEG-EPO), MW 2K is a linear bifunctional PEG crosslinker with two epoxy groups, soluble in water, DMSO, DMF. It can usually be cross-linked to the substrate surface through epoxy ring-opening reactions or amine- or hydroxyl-containing polyglycolate molecules. Can be used to modify proteins, peptides or any other surface with available amino or hydroxyl groups.
