APDye Fluor 633

APDye 633 is a dye nearly identical in spectrum to Alexa Fluor® 633, DyLight® 633 or CF® 633. Bright and photostable far-red fluorescent probes ideal for excitation with 633 nm or 635 nm laser excitation sources. APDye 633 is water soluble and pH insensitive from pH 4 to pH 10. The combination of superior brightness and very low autofluorescence background signal in most biological samples in the far-red spectral region enables very sensitive detection of azide-labeled biomolecules using APDye 633 Alkyne.
