GSK 6853 CAS:1910124-24-1 is a potent and selective BRPF1 inhibitor. Among a set of 48 bromodomains, GSK6853 showed more than 1600-fold selectivity over all other bromodomains. Furthermore, GSK6853 exhibited potent binding (pIC50 of 8.6 nM) to full-length endogenous BRPF1 in a chemical proteomic competition binding assay. GSK9311, a structural analog of GSK 6853, serves as a good inactive control (125-fold and 185-fold less potency in cell-free and cell-based assays, respectively).
