Description

dBET1 is a CRBN-based BET degrader-based PROTAC compound consisting of the BET bromodomain antagonist (+)-JQ1 linked to a cereblon E3 ubiquitin ligase ligand. Of the 7,429 proteins, only the oncoproteins MYC and PIM1, as well as BRD2, BRD3, and BRD4, were significantly downregulated by dBET1 treatment.
