Cyanine3B carboxylic acid is a non-reactive form of Cyanine3B and can be used as a reference standard in experiments using this fluorophore conjugate. Cyanine3B carboxylic acids can also be used to synthesize active esters or be modified with hydrazine, hydroxylamine, and amines for subsequent conjugation to biomolecules.
