APDye™ 594 Azide C6 is a bright, red-fluorescent azide probe, structurally identical to Alexa Fluor® 594 Azide. It dissolves easily in water and stays pH-insensitive between pH 4 and pH 10. With absorption at 590 nm and emission at 617 nm, it works perfectly with 561 nm and 594 nm laser lines.
Moreover, APDye™ 594 reacts efficiently with terminal alkynes using copper-catalyzed click chemistry (CuAAC). It also binds to strained cyclooctynes through copper-free click reactions, forming stable triazoles. This dye is highly effective for generating stable signals in imaging and flow cytometry, making it ideal for labeling antibodies, peptides, proteins, and tracers.
