Mal-amido-PEG8-Val-Gly CAS:2353409-54-6 is an ADC linker containing a maleimide group. The Val-Gly peptide is specifically cleaved by cathepsin B, which only exists in the lysosome. The ADC payload conjugated with Val-Gly linker therefore will only undergo a target specific cell release.
