Thalidomide-5-(PEG4-amine) is a proteolytic targeting chimera (PROTAC) building block containing an E3 ligase ligand substituted with a terminal amine group. Amine groups can react with NHS ester groups or carboxylic acids in the presence of EDC or HATU. Prepare to bind target protein ligands to form PROTACs containing 5′-substituted thalidomide as the cereblon ligand.
