Description

Pomalidomide-PEG4-Ph-NH2 is a protein degrader builiding block. It is used in the synthesis of molecules for targeted protein degradation and PROTAC (proteolysis-targeting chimeras) technology. This conjugate contains a Cereblon (CRBN)-recruiting ligand, a PEGylated spacer and a terminal azide for click chemistry with a target ligand.
