As a polymer, pSar combines excellent properties similar to PEG Water solubility, protein resistance, low cytotoxicity, and non-immunogenic characteristics, while possessing strong stealth properties of endogenous materials. It is considered a potential alternative to polyethylene glycol (PEG).
