Thiol PEG Amine, HCl Salt, MW 20K (NH2-PEG-SH, HS-PEG-NH2) is a linear heterobifunctional PEGylation reagent with a thiol group at one end and an amino group at the other end. The NHS esters react to form stable amide bonds. The thiol group at the other end can react with maleimide or disulfide molecules.
