Mal-amido-PEG8-val-Gly-PAB-OH is an ADC linker containing a maleimide group. The Val-Gly peptide is specifically cleaved by cathepsin B, which only exists in the lysosome. The ADC payload conjugated with Val-Gly linker therefore will only undergo a target specific cell release.
