Cyanine3.5 fluorescence is insensitive to pH from 4 to 10 and is detected in the low autofluorescence region of biological samples.
Cyanine3.5 DBCO (dibenzocyclooctyne) easily forms conjugates with azide derivatives of biomolecules in copper-free Click Chemistry reactions. The process takes place in the absence of catalysts or at elevated temperatures, leading to the formation of stable triazoles.
