Azide-PEG-amine TFA salt, MW 5K is a heterobifunctional azide PEG amine product, the azide group readily interacts with linear alkyne groups catalyzed by copper catalysts. Amine groups can be used to react with many amine reactive groups such as carboxylic acids, succinimidyl NHS esters, aldehydes and many others. Azido PEG amines are soluble in water and all reactions can be performed in anhydrous buffers requiring any organic solvent.
