APDye 633 DBCO is a bright and photostable far-red fluorescent probe with nearly the same spectrum as Alexa Fluor 633, DyLight 633, and CF 633 dyes whose excitation is well suited for 633 nm or 635 nm laser excitation sources. APDye 633 DBCO is water soluble and pH insensitive from pH 4 to pH 10. Most biological samples of APDye 633 DBCO have excellent brightness and very low autofluorescence background signal in the far-red spectral region, allowing very sensitive detection of azide-labeled biomolecules by copper-free click reaction using APDye 633 DBCO.
